Jupyter notebook task always in progress

I have run the jupyter notebook task multiple times and it is always in progress so i give up even you always send me email to keep finish it.

My apologies for the issues you are running into. I do need some additional information in order to assist you further. Can you let me know what you are running? Is it a sample, tutorial, or something you developed yourself? If it is one of our samples, would you let me know which one it is? Additionally, a screen shot of what you are running into would be helpful as well.
