New oneAPI beta release note : Please remove "export PBS_DEFAULT=v-qsvr-nda" in your .bash_profile

As you might be aware, oneAPI has now moved to open Beta status, with our announcement of oneAPI at HPC DevCon

We have a new oneAPI beta release installed on DevCloud, you can start using now.

Please remove this line

> export PBS_DEFAULT=v-qsvr-nda

in your .bash_profile

With the new release you can now use this “Getting Started Guide”: https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/get-started/base-toolkit/
