No longer able to access devcloud via ssh or jupyter lab (Permission denied)

I have been unable to access my devcloud for a few days now. When I use the command

 

ssh devcloud

 

I receive the message

on both my linux and window machines

 

For jupyterlab, after I login through the intel page, I'm told that my server is starting up,as seen in the below image, but it just hangs:

I've tried logging onto the devcloud website to check my account status using the url below, but the browser tab never loads.
https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/

I received a private message one week ago, replied, and have not received a response since. I responded again yesterday, and I have still heard nothing.
