No permission to /data/oneapi directory

After connecting using "ssh devcloud" I attempted to copy oenapi-toolkit-development.zip using the following command:

cp /data/oneapi/oneapi-toolkit-development.zip ~

and I receive the following message:

cp: cannot stat '/data/oneapi/oneapi-toolkit-development.zip': Permission denied
 

I'm able to "cd /data" but when I then try to "cd oneapi" is recevie a permission denied error. The permissions of this directory are drwxr-x--- I don't seem to be part of group c009-nda.
