Not able to compile fpga code on Intel DevCloud machine

Hello,

I tried to compile the example vector-add-buffer code for intel fpga hardware device by using 'make hw -f Makefile.fpga' command. But it is not compiled and reported below copied error. Attached my 'build_fpga_hw.sh.e608077' and 'build_fpga_hw.sh.o608077' build log files for reference.

Error (23031): Evaluation of Tcl script build/entry.tcl unsuccessful
Error: Quartus Prime Shell was unsuccessful. 1 error, 0 warnings
Makefile.fpga:31: recipe for target 'vector-add-buffers.fpga' failed

One of my team colleague suggest to run '‌aocl diagnose' command to verify the fpag device access, and attached that result here. that result also not as expected.

Please help here.
