Not able to enrol for Dev Cloud For Edge

I wasn't able to enroll for Dev cloud for Edge. Its showing similar to the screenshot attached.
When I tried to open the links specified in the message, It was not opening.
I wasn't given a Dev cloud for edge, yet I was not able to enroll .
Please help me with this.

It looks like your account is already setup, you already have the correct roles and permissions. Have you tried to log in? Please give that a shot and let me know if you run into any issues.
