Older account environment differs from new one.

While running OpenCL ingest example on two accounts that our company has we have found a difference that breaks execution of this example. I posted all of the details here:

Most likely the difference is environment elated. Please take a look at 2019 account u34222 and make its environment the same as 2020 account u44838 which has run GPU OpenCL example without a problem.
