Oops error when trying to sign in to edge devcloud

I'm getting a generic sign in error that says "oops, error signing in" with a picture of a robot arm when trying to sign into the edge devcloud account using SSO from IT build laptop.

When accessing URL: https://notebooks.edge.devcloud.intel.com/hub/acs

I tried clearing history/cache and a different browser.

Anyone else run into this before? I had account access before the migration, and kept extending access as needed. So maybe an issue with my user account?
