I'm using an HPC devcloud instance. However, since yesterday when a try to connect into the instance the terminal displays "u158801@devcloud: Permission denied (publickey).".
I tried to download the key file again but the Intel system asks for enrollment, but I am already enrolled, so the system says that "There is already a DevCloud account associated with this email." I don't know what to do.

Hi.
The enrollment issue was not resolved. The same message appears when I try to enroll.
When I try with another account (different email), another type of enrollment issue happens. There is no message after the enrollment procedure, instead it returns to the enrollment form page automatically (as shows the attached image).

Hi,
Regarding permission denied issue, the error was due to a bug on the web portal SSO introduced Thursday July 14th at ~1pm and resolved at ~10am July 15th. In fixing this bug, if you are still getting this error, please down load the public key as shown in the credentials email.
If you are still facing this issue then let us know.

Hello, Janani
The issue persists. In fact, the original post was to describe the problem I face when I try to download the key. Do you have any suggestion regarding this issue?

Hello, Janani
I'm facing the same issue. When I try to enroll it displays:
"There is already a DevCloud account associated with this email. Go to https://software.intel.com/devcloud to access. For assistance resolving account issues, visit the Intel DevCloud Forum."
Indeed I have already enrolled before this problem occur. So the enrollment requirement should not be asked.
Please help to overcome this issue.

Hello, I am currently having the same issue on Ubuntu.
I have tried both the automated setup steps as well as the manual setup steps. I have the correct key as well the correct permissions set on the files.
However, I am still getting "Permission denied (publickey)" message.

Hi,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the public key error issue. Kindly follow the below steps.
Steps to check your account and remediate:
1. Sign into DevCloud : https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/
2. Login/launch Jupyter – Launch Jupyter
3. Note down account number as shown below in the Welcome.ipynb notebook.
4. Next, login with ssh – if error does not show up your account is good.
5. if permission denied(public key) error message shows up during login with ssh then:
a. Check your .ssh/config : cat .ssh/config.
b. Does your account number in your ssh/config match with the one showed in in Jupyter(Example : 12345).
c. Make sure correct account number is reflected in the config file. If not, edit your .ssh/config to correct the account number in .ssh/config to be same as the one with what you see in Jupyter.
d. Login with ssh again.
If at any point during the above steps you notice files missing please contact us with your original account number and the correct account number – we will work with the engineering team to help assist copy your files over.

Janani Chandran

Hi, Janani
I am facing the same enrollment problem. In both login and "launch Jupyter" links you have sent require enrollment. When I try to enroll I receive the same message saying that I have already enrolled. Is there a way to just cancel my first enrollment in order to allow a new one? I give up the files that were in the cloud.
