Problem SSHing into Devcloud server using Putty

When I follow the guidelines to SSH into the Devcloud server from home the connection gets closed.

Answer:

Ensure that you are loading the right key(devcloud-access-key-xxxxx.ppk) to the pageant. Try to download the key again and load it to pageant. Also make sure that you use the correct browser specified in the welcome email to download the key.
