Problem enrolling in DevCloud

I signed up for an Intel DevCloud Account and received the 'Verify your email' from wsm-postmaster@intel.com. I verified my email address and was directed to a 'Thanks for verifying page' (attached) and then a few seconds later directed to a 'Content_Homepage' (attached). The person symbol on the upper right shows that I am logged in. All ok so far. I then click on DEVELOPERS to get to 'Development Tools' (attached) and the click on 'Intel DevCloud' (attached). I then click on 'Secure Shell (SSH) Direct Connection' and find that I am directed to a 'Intel DevCloud for oneAPI' (attached) but am logged out. When I click on 'Sign in', I am directed to the 'DevCloud_Enrollment' (attached) and see that I am logged in again. I have already completed the DevCloud Enrollment to get the 'Verify your email' message so I am stuck. Assistance appreciated. Thanks!

Hi ,


Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

As per the screenshots you have provided it's absolutely fine and you are already signed in into your account ,in order to access the Intel DevCloud for oneAPI you just have to click on the "Enroll Now" button which is a two way of authentication into your account, kindly do the same to do your work smoothly.

Hi Diya,
I worked with RMR2 trying to get him access to our application hosted on DevCloud. His account seems to be caught in a loop of steps--he has enrolled, verified, and signed-in, and is being asked to enroll again.

Hi ,

 

We got an update from the admin team that your issue has been handled. Could you please confirm whether your issue still persist or not ? If yes, please create a new account with a different email id and try to do the same with this link - https://software.intel.com/devcloud/oneapi.
