Problem with my server start in Jupyter

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with Jupyter Devcloud, unfortunately when I try to restart the server it gives me this error:

Your server is starting up.

You will be redirected automatically when it's ready for you.

"Spawn failed: Timeout"

I can't understand if it's a problem with Intel's servers, or if it's a problem with my account or connection (even though the same problem has been reported by another user I know in these days).

Do you have any advice on how I can resolve it? Do I need to write to someone?

Thank you everyone.

Hi,

There was an issue with the Jupyter server. We have restarted it and check to make sure jobs are flowing and Jupyter does not give out spawn error messages.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please check from your end whether the issue resolved for you and let us know.

Thanks
