Question about submitting job

I want o to submit two queues that run separately on GPU and FPGA in one CPP file to a node contains both GPU and FPGA?

More specifically, how we write q sub?

In DevCloud, GPU and FPGA are not available in same node. They are present in separate nodes.

Hi,

You could find the architecture and features of the compute nodes available by using the below command in login node:

pbsnodes

Please find the screenshot, which shows the details of a specific compute node. Here you can see that this particular node is fpga node.

Similarly you will be able to find the details of all the compute nodes by using the pbsnodes command.
