There was no way to pay, nothing came up asking for payment. Used the same email.

How do you pay?

In order to to get the page, select lesson 3 on your dashboard "Purchase Certification and Accept Terms and Conditions" That will take you through the process to pay the 99 dollars.

If for some reason you are not seeing lesson three please let me know.
