Yes, I want to connect to the U85529 "DevCloud for Edge" account seen in jupyter through Cygwin. How to do it?

Currently SSH and Cygwin connections are not supported on Intel DevCloud for the Edge. You will need to login to https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/devcloud/edge/overview.html to access your account.

Was it supported before? The video tutorial I saw on YouTube can do this.
