Regarding AI Edge Certification

I have completed the course work for Intel Edge AI certification and also completed the formalities for getting certificate. But still I have not received any information regarding my certificate and badge. Please do the needful.

 

Received a mail from Intel Support on 20-12-2022, that i have completed all needed courses and payment done. But still they are not able to provide me my Badge.

The above pic is the screenshot of the mail received from intel Customer Support. Plz do help me get my Badge
