RuntimeError: Check 'PartialShape::merge_into(inputs_shape_scheme, this_input_shape)'

I had converted a .h5 file to a .onnx and then used the model optimizer to generate the .xml and .bin files. Everything worked just fine so far.

But when reading these files I get the above error. What is the reason for this error and how to fix it ?
