Thank you for posting in Intel Communities. Could you please let us know which DevCloud you're using? Is it Devcloud for oneAPI or DevCloud for Edge? However, we will connect with you through private message/email to get your DevCloud User-ID so that we can forward your access extension request to the admin team.
