Sorry, we can't find an active DevCloud account to extend

Hello,

I got an email reminding me that my account will expire in 15 days. 

However, the access request form does not work for me: Sorry, we can't find an active DevCloud account to extend. If you feel this is in error, please engage our support team Intel DevCloud Forum

 

I'm using oneAPI DevCloud.

Could you please extend my account?

Your DevCloud access has been extended. Could you please confirm if the extension is reflected in your account and let us know if we could discontinue monitoring this thread as your issue is resolved.
