Sorry, we can't find an active DevCloud account to extend.

Hello. I'm using DevCloud oneAPI.

 

I tried to send an extension request after receiving an email notification that my account will expire in 15 days. However, the extension request webpage was loaded normally and then changed to a page showing an error in an instant, so even after reloading several times, the extension request could not be seen. Could you please solve this problem?

 

Your help is always appreciated.
