Spawn failed: Timeout

Hello,

Since yesterday (around 12 hours ago), I have not been able to open the Jupyter Notebook on Google Chrome. The user is u45638. The message is "Spawn failed: Timeout". Every time I refresh the page, it asks me to restart the server, and when I do, the same spawn failed message appears again.

I found this topic: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-DevCloud/500-Internal-Server-Error/td-p/1163822, whose solution link is redirected to https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-DevCloud/500-Internal-Server-Error/td-p/1153796 but none of them have given anything I can do on my side to fix this.

What is causing this, and how can I fix it?

Thank you!
