Stuck job at AI devcloud, can't delete it

I have two jobs stuck at aidevcloud machines, they are with status of running, but their "Time Use" is frozen and I cannot delete them.

neither qdel 979490 nor qdel ALL works.

Any solution? I cannot submit any new jobs while they're still "running"
