The user names I see in jupyterhub and connect with cygwin are different

At this time support in this community is English only, so hopefully that will work for you.

We do not support Cygwin connections on DevCloud.intel.com/Edge. You maybe connecting to DevCloud.intel.com/OneAPI? They do currently allow SSH and Cygwin connections.

Can you provide screen shots, including the URL you are connecting to?
