I've recently obtained a DevCloud account. I have been able to start a Jupyter session in DevCloud without issue, and am currently trying to log into a node via SSH. I am unable to access the instructions for accessing DevCloud via SSH in the documentation. My DevCloud access is current and I can access the general documentation at https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/documentation/shell-commands/
However, I'm unable to access any of the 'Connect to' links within the 'Connect to the DevCloud' section of the documentation. All three links below result in a 500 Internal Server Error message.
https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/documentation/connect-with-ssh-linux-macos/
https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/documentation/connect-with-vscode/
https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/documentation/connect-with-ssh-windows-cygwin/
Please advise on how to proceed with the connection via SSH or VSCode.
Thanks for the assistance!

Hi ,
Thank you for posting in Intel communities.
Can you please clear your cookies and cache and try again? (You can try it in incognito mode or in a different browser). We tried to access those three links from our end and it was working fine. Please find the attached screenshot for the same.
If the problem still persists please let us know.
Regards,
Diya

I have now tried with multiple browsers with and without clearing all browsing data, and I continue to get the same error page for all 3 links.
My understanding is that there is user specific data generated for those pages to provide an SSH key. Is there another method to gain that information to connect via SSH?

The issue has been resolved, though I don't have insight into how. In any case, I'm able to access the 'Connect to' documentation and am up and running.
Many thanks for the assistance!
