Unable to access Devcloud Jupyter

I was able to access for the past 2 days and now it shows the below error.

When I go to home page and click "Start My Server", it shows back the below error message.

500 : Internal Server Error
Error in Authenticator.pre_spawn_start: KeyError 'getpwnam(): name not found: u70457'

You can try restarting your server from the home page.

Have already tried clearing cookies and using different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) but still same issue.

Yes. It shows the below message where XXXXX is my userid:

Server Options
Error: 'getpwnam(): name not found: uXXXXX'

There was an internal error while loading options. Please contact support.

Could you check whether you are able to connect devcloud through other methods other than jupyterlab ?

How do I connect/open the Jupyter notebook page ? Any direct link ?

I need the web-based Jupyter notebook IDE to open in the web-browser, instead of SSH terminal connections to Devcloud.
