Unable to access Jupyter, ssh could not resolve host name devcloud

I'm getting the error on Jupyter:

I am aware there was an upgrade and several users are encountering the same issue. I've tried the solution to regenerate the host key in this forum: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-DevCloud/host-key-change/m-p/1395055#M5081

My ~/.ssh/config file does specify devcloud and I verified the setup is correct, but I am still seeing an error where ssh could not resolve the host name devcloud:

I just created my Intel DevCloud account 1-2 weeks ago, and won't expire until Oct 2022.

Please advise.

Good day to you.

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

As DevCloud has migrated to new SSH server, some of devcloud users are still facing this issue.
