Unable to access devcloud via ssh, jupyter lab

I have just created a new account for the intel devcloud and I have not been able to connect to it. I have tried all the previous similar solutions but it has not worked out, at first I was able to connect to the Jupyter lab atleast, but now it says that unauthorized access.

Please solve this issue as fast as possible.

1. Which DevCloud are you using? 

 Is it Intel DevCloud for oneAPI or Intel DevCloud for the Edge or Intel DevCloud for FPGA?

2. What is the connecting medium (Cygwin/Putty/VS Code...etc) ?
