Unable to access my previous account

When I am trying to login into my previous account. It is showing "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again."

How can I get back to my old account??

Could you please let us know whether you're using Intel DevCloud? If yes, which devcloud are you using? Is it DevCloud for oneAPI/Edge/FPGA/Beta?


Have you tried "Single-Use Passcode" option mentioned in your screenshot? Are you getting the same error?

Which devcloud are you using? Is it DevCloud for oneAPI/Egde/FPGA/Beta?

Have the workaround provided worked?
