Unable to install teserract on Devcloud instance

This is in behalf of one of the ISVs I am working with. They are unable to install teserract on Devcloud using pip as they do not have apt install permissions for it. I need an instance with teserract installed on it which I can share with the ISV.

Could you let us know whether you are using Intel DevCloud for oneAPI or Intel DevCloud for the Edge or DevCloud for FPGA ?
