Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel communities.

You can try submitting the job in batch mode. Here is the documentation for the same.

You may also, follow the below steps:

1. Create a job.sh with the below commands.

source /glob/development-tools/versions/oneapi/2022.3.1/inteloneapi/setvars.sh --force
conda activate <env_name>
python <python_program>.py

If you are facing any issues in activating the command, try:

source activate <env_name>

2. And create a .py file for your Python program

3. Once these two are created, you can run the job using the command :

uxxxxxx@login-2:~$ qsub -l nodes=1:core:ppn=2 -d . job.sh
2322656.v-qsvr-1.aidevcloud

It may take some time (depending on your code) to complete the job.

You can watch the status of the job using the command: watch qstat

When the job completes, give the ls command. You would be able to see two files job.sh.oxxxxxxx and job.sh.exxxxxxx representing the output and error files. You can check them to see the output and errors/warnings.

Let us know if you face any issues in following these steps.

Otherwise, if this resolves your issue, please make sure to accept this as a solution. This would help others with similar issues. Thank you!
