VTune passphrase reset doesn't work

I forgot my vtune passphrase

so I tried to start the server with this command:

vtune-backend --web-port=55001 --enable-server-profiling --reset-passphrase

I get the URL with the one-time-token=...

but when entering the URL I get the normal enter menu.

Thanks,

Ron

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

We ran vtune-backend from our side, and the reset passphrase works fine for us.

The reason it is not asking for a password/passphrase is that you may have already opened the URL in another tab or window (you already authenticated). Just kill the process on DevCloud (also close all the vtune-backend tabs) and try to run the backend command once again.

It doesn't fix the problem.
Even if all processes killed the problem continued
