Hi ZeeiDev,

Thank you for your patience.

Are you trying to connect to the instance using WSL? If yes, then you need to regenerate a new SSH key in WSL and launch a new Virtual Machine instance.

On the other hand, If you are not using WSL. We advise you to re-generate a new SSH Key. The public key must be in your profile before starting an instance. Then, you should be able to launch the Virtual Machine instance straight to the welcome screen without needing any password. You can refer to the steps below:

  1. Setup the SSH Key again
  2. Open and copy the entire content of the file: id_rsa.pub.
  3. Update the copied SSH key in the profile before starting an instance.
  4. Terminate the old Virtual Machine instance.
  5. Launch a new Virtual Machine instance.

Megat

Hi,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

Could you please let us know whether you're using Intel DevCloud? If yes, which devcloud are you using? Is it DevCloud for oneAPI/ DevCloud for Edge/FPGA/DevCloud for Beta?

Thanks
