Why can't I apply for devcloud?

Last Thursday and Friday used 163 mailbox, school mailbox and Gmail respectively to apply for devcloud, but no reply has been received until today. How can I apply for devcloud? Are there any restrictions?Thank you for your reply！

To apply for DevCloud, go through the below link and register using gmail or any any mail ID:

https://software.intel.com/en-us/devcloud/datacenter/sign-up

If the registration was successful you will get mail on next day provided with details to connect to DevCloud.
