Why can't I log in with putty?

HI, I am trying to log in with Putty, however, when I am done finished testing connectivity, I get a wrong window which says that "Remote side unexpectedly closed network connection".

Could anyone tell me what mistake I made and how to solve it?

Hey Chao,

 

Thank you for reaching us.

Please try the following steps to resolve your issue

1)Could you please check whether the key is loaded into pageant. If not can you please load it and then try to connect.

2)Could you check if you are behind any proxy if so please try to connect to DevCloud in open internet and see if it works.
