I am not able to access via VPN and it shows sometime the password is invalid as Ihave been tried in several times.

Can you please share the below details:
- Which devcloud are you using ? (OneApi/Edge/FPGA)
- Without VPN were you able to connect to the devcloud ?
- If possible can you share your config file ? (Please hide your devcloud id while sharing config file)
Can you please run the below command and attach the log files:
ssh -vvv devcloud

Yes, I have been tried to change the password and tried in 3 times to change the password.
Now it has worked successfully.

I try to change my VPN's password because it expired. The system only tell me it needs 8 characters, but it doesn't explain me witch kind of characters I need to include in the new password.
