devcloud vscode keeps asking for password

I am trying to connect to devcloud using vscode on my computer. i successfully acquired a node and connected to it but when i click on the "devcloud-vscode" server entry in the side pane, it opens a new window and prompts me to pick an OS but after that it asks me to "Enter password for <UID>@localhost". what password is it referring to ?

We tried from our end and we were not asked for any password.Kindly check your configuration as well as make sure you have followed the steps given in this link(https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/documentation/connect-with-vscode/).Try once again and let us know the update.
