difficulty with devcloud enrollment

Could you please clear your browser cookies and cache and try enrolling again. If that doesn't work try in incognito window.

Thanks for checking in.  I have been distracted distracted by other issues and haven't had a chance to try the fixes you suggested.  I'll try them and get back to you.
