error registering Intel devCloud

I try to register Intel DevCloud,but failed.After I log in,I always recieve this message:

Activate Intel® DevCloud Account

Looks like your account is not registered. Kindly register you account and try again.

 

I have tried two times with different email address : [removed] and [removed] .What can I do to olve this problem?
