how to get certificate after completing intel edge ai certification program

I have completed all the modules and 3 hands-on but have not received the certificate yet, please help me out with this issue. or guide me for the next steps

It looks like you have completed all the courses. In order to make the payment just click on section/lesson 3. See the screen shot below:
