jobs freeze in the queue

I have been using DevCloud normally until jobs started getting stucked in the queue a couple hours ago. There are plenty of free nodes and no matter how much I wait the jobs will remain queued. What can I do?

The NFS traffic  issue is resolved. Could you please confirm from your end if you are able to access compute nodes.
