renewal error: Sorry, we can't find an active DevCloud account to extend

Hello,

I got an email with renewal request, but when I try to extend the access I got this error

"Sorry, we can't find an active DevCloud account to extend. If you feel this is in error, please engage our support team Intel DevCloud Forum"

Can you help me to solve this issue?

I use DevCloud for Edge
