Thanks for reaching out.
In Intel Devcloud, you don't have root access but you can run your workloads with Intel optimized frameworks and libraries without root access.Please find the below devcloud documentation for your reference

Thanks for the respond.
I found out the EIS are advance application on devCloud. However, the feature such as TLS, manageability and so on are not found on devCloud. May I setup EIS on devCloud under Connect and Create?

Hi,
Since the DevCloud is a worldwide resource with ~4300 users we generally do not allow users to setup their own EIS or TLS connection methods. We have provided ssh & Jupyter entry points that all of our users are using without any conflicts with other users. we suggest using existing capabilities.
