ssh devcloud not connecting on cygwin: "Ncat: No route to host".

Hello,

I am having a problem connecting to devcloud with ssh on cygwin for about an hour now. The comman line says: 

$ ssh devcloud

>> Ncat: No route to host.
>> kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
>> Connection closed by UNKNOWN port 65535

Okay, I just saw this message on the Intel devcloud for oneapi web page, but there was no prior notice...
