where to find drivers for 3th generation intel core X extreme 3940xm ivy bridge

hello where to find drivers for the 3th generation intel core i7 ivy bridge en extreme core x drivers 3th generation like 3940xm

 

all the other generations are at legacy core 

but not the  3th generation i7 intel core x (extreme )

 

2th generation  AND OLDER ARE ALL there 2920xm  sandy bridge

but not for the top model that time 3940xm ivy bridge

only driver at intel is for xp

no windows 7 and 8 

laptop never shipped with xp 

 

 

i do not get it 

can sombody help me please 

cpu costs that time around 1000 dollar   only the cpu
