Compiling OpenVX and OpenCV samples using Visual Studio 2019

Hi guys,
I've installed Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Windows* 2019, Version R3 (w_openvino_toolkit_p_2019.3.334.exe).
I want to compile OpenVX and OpenCV samples using Visual Studio 2019 on windows 10.
I did't find any documentation for compiling these samples using Visual Studio 2019.
Older versions provide a project solution file.
Does any one know where to get this information?
Any suggestions are appreciated.
