Does Intel Neural Compute Stick (NCS) compatible in PYNQ Z2?

I haven't seen any references for combining this two hardware. I have tried installing NCS on PYNQ Z2 but it is showing like "Linux distribution and distribution version are not officially supported".

Have anyone tried installing NCS on PYNQ Z2. If so, please help.

Hello KSP00,

Thank you for contacting Intel Customer Support, I am glad to assist you.

About the PYNQ Z2 product, it has not been tested with the Intel® Neural Compute Stick 2. However, you can try to build the OpenVINO ™ Toolkit open-sourced version from source by following this guide.

Please let me know if you have any other problem I can help you with.

Hi KSP00,

I was able to install OpenVINO on the PYNQ-Z1, connect the NCS2 Neural Compute Stick 2 and run the examples, using the guide provided by DavidC_Intel. The installation on the ARMv7 takes many hours.
