Hi,

I have a pretrained model developed using tensor frame work. When I tried to use the model optimizer, I am facing the below error. Please help to review the error message and let me know your feedback to resolve this issue.

Hi Manisha,

Please try running an install_dependencies script to install all OpenVINO dependencies.

In order to convert this model, try passing --input_shape [n, h, w, c] argument to your current command line.

Dear Manisha B,

It looks like you're using the latest and greatest OpenVino 2019R1.1 release so that is good. But I just tried it and it worked fine for me (see the below command)

:\Users\sdramani\Downloads\ssd_mobilenet_v2_coco_2018_03_29.tar\ssd_mobilenet_v2_coco_2018_03_29\ssd_mobilenet_v2_coco_2018_03_29>python "c:\Program Files (x86)\IntelSWTools\openvino_2019.1.148\deployment_tools\model_optimizer\mo_tf.py" --input_model frozen_inference_graph.pb --tensorflow_use_custom_operations_config  "c:\Program Files (x86)\IntelSWTools\openvino_2019.1.148\deployment_tools\model_optimizer\extensions\front\tf\ssd_v2_support.json"  --tensorflow_object_detection_api_pipeline_config  pipeline.config

Did you run all your prerequisites under deployment_tools\model_optimizer\install_prerequisites ? I am wondering because I see this error

Please install required versions of components or use install_prerequisites script

In your output, and this is not normal (I don't see that error).

Thanks,

Shubha

Hi Shubba

I am trying to install OpenVio R1.144. under Ubuntu 18.04

When I try to run the squeeznet demo I get

Model Optimizer version:     2019.1.1-83-g28dfbfd
[ ERROR ]
Detected not satisfied dependencies:
    test-generator: not installed, required: 0.1.1

Please install required versions of components or use install_prerequisites script
I have tried running the istall prerequisistes script three times but no use.

Any ideas?

Kind regards

Frank
