  How to use encoder model "action-recognition-0001-encoder /" and decoder model "action-recognition-0001-decoder /" with method "IENetwork (<model>, <weight>)" on raspi ?

Hi Hagi, Moriki,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately that won't be possible as both models (action-recognition-0001-encoder and action-recognition-0001-decoder) are not supported by the MYRIAD plugin (NCS/NCS2), which is the only device available for use in Raspberry Pi. 

You can find this and more information about these models in the Open Model Zoo readme.
