Is it possible to change the resolution of RTSP camera from Partners platform?

Our Partner is using an existing object detection model (401-object-detection) to detect an event and able to trigger their platform service APIs to perform some network actions. They have a requirement to change the resolution of the RTSP stream (from HIKVISION camera) by triggering the APIs provided by camera vendor / ecosystem. 

The question now is, whether this camera allows 3rd party API to change the stream (say from low to high)?

Unfortunately, we cannot confirm the compatibility or supportability of the camera with any 3rd party API since it is not related to OpenVINO. You may check with the camera manufacturer or their developer for further confirmation.

For the 401-object-detection notebook demo, you can always refer to Live Object Detection with OpenVINO for any information needed.
