Is royalty for human pose estimation 0001 (commercial use) free?

Hello,

We understand that we can use human pose estimation 0001 of open model zoo (and it licensed apache 2.0) commercially.

So we think it can be used free.

However, human pose estimation 0001 is based on OpenPose approach.

(About OpenPose, we know that commercial license is $25,000/year.)

Will CMU really charge us the royalty even if we use human-pose-estimation-0001 commercially?
